Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions governing your use of Skyfalke Connect, including our messaging, voice, dialer, and AI services.

By accessing or using the Skyfalke Connect platform, you agree to comply with this policy and ensure all authorized users within your workspace do the same.

Spam & Unsolicited Messaging: You may not transmit unsolicited bulk communications, cold spam across WhatsApp, SMS, or Social channels without explicit prior consent from recipients.

Illegal Activities & Fraud: Transmitting deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or unlawfully harmful content is strictly prohibited.

Harassment & Hate Speech: You may not use the platform to harass, stalk, threaten, or distribute hate speech targeting individuals or protected groups.

Malware & Security Probing: Distributing viruses, worms, malware, or attempting unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or service degradation of Skyfalke Connect infrastructure.

Caller ID Spoofing: Outbound calls must display a valid, verified telephone number that you have legal authorization to use.

Robocalling & Automated Dialing: Predictive and automated dialing must comply with all local telecommunications regulations, including honoring Do Not Call (DNC) registries, calling hour windows, and abandon rate thresholds.

Call Recording Consent: You are responsible for providing appropriate disclosure or two-party consent notifications before recording telephone conversations in compliance with applicable law.

When utilizing connected channels (such as WhatsApp Business API, Meta Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, or Twilio SMS), you must adhere to each respective provider’s platform policies, commerce policies, and messaging terms of service.

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy. If we detect unlawful, abusive, or non-compliant activity, we may immediately suspend or terminate your workspace without liability.
