We built Skyfalke Connect because we lived this problem. The tools that existed were either enterprise-only, channel-specific, or built for markets where WhatsApp isn't the primary communication medium. After watching businesses in Nairobi lose customers due to fragmented WhatsApp, email, and SMS conversations, our founders decided to build the missing layer: a unified inbox for every channel customers actually use.
First Product & Early Customers
Skyfalke Connect shipped its first WhatsApp Business inbox integration. Fifty early-access businesses across Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda joined the beta, giving us rich real-world feedback that shaped the product roadmap.
