Voice notes, attachments and emoji

Send voice notes, photos, videos and documents in chat conversations.

  • Voice notes: when the message box is empty, the send button becomes a microphone. Hold or tap to record, then send. On WhatsApp the customer receives a normal voice note.
  • Attachments: choose + then Attach media for photos, videos, audio and documents (up to 16 MB).
  • Emoji: use the smiley button in the message box.
