Single sign-on and data retention

Sign in through your identity provider, control how long data is kept, and review activity.

  • Single sign-on (SAML): admins can connect your identity provider so your team signs in with company accounts.
  • Data retention: choose how long conversations, calls and recordings are kept. Older data is removed automatically each day.
  • Activity log: admins can review who changed what in the workspace.

Single sign-on and retention are under Settings → Security, and the activity log under Settings → Audit log.
