Send a WhatsApp broadcast

Send an approved template to many contacts, and check the cost before it goes out.

  1. Open Broadcasts and choose New broadcast.
  2. Pick an approved template.
  3. Choose recipients: search and tick contacts, add a HubSpot list, or start from a CRM segment's Broadcast button.
  4. Create the draft. You'll see the estimated cost and your credit balance.
  5. Choose Send now.

Each message lands in the recipient's conversation, so replies come back to the inbox. A broadcast stops if your credits run out; top up and resend to reach the rest.
