Segments and lists

Group contacts by stage, country, activity, spend or custom fields, then broadcast or export.

Admins create segments under CRM → Segments & Lists.

  1. Choose New segment and add conditions, for example "Country is Kenya" and "Days since last conversation or call more than 30".
  2. Choose whether contacts must match all or any of them. The count updates as you go.
  3. Pick Dynamic (membership updates as contacts change) or Static list (fixed to who matches when you save).

From a segment you can export its contacts to CSV, or choose Broadcast to send them a WhatsApp template.
