How WhatsApp conversations are charged from your workspace credits.

WhatsApp charges per conversation window, and Skyfalke Connect charges that from your workspace's prepaid message credits.

  • A template that opens a new conversation is charged by its category (marketing, utility, authentication) and the customer's country.
  • Replies within an open window are not charged again.
  • If credits run out, template sends and broadcasts stop until you top up. Replies within an open window still go through.
