Connect your first channel

Bring WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and other channels into the inbox.

Channels are connected under Settings → Integrations. Each one you connect starts delivering messages into the shared inbox.

Available channels

  • WhatsApp Business: see Connect WhatsApp.
  • Email: connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox. Replies go out from that address and stay threaded.
  • Facebook Messenger and Instagram: sign in with Facebook and choose the Page or account.
  • SMS, Telegram and live chat: follow the steps on each card.

Once connected, new messages appear in the inbox within seconds. If a channel shows a warning on its card, open it for the reason and the fix.
