Connect WhatsApp

Connect your WhatsApp Business number and keep an eye on its health.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and open WhatsApp.
  2. Sign in with Facebook and follow Meta's steps to choose or create your WhatsApp Business account and number.
  3. Once connected, messages to that number arrive in the inbox.

Number health

The integration card shows your number's quality rating and messaging limit from Meta. A low quality rating usually means customers are blocking or reporting messages; send fewer, more relevant broadcasts to recover.

Billing with Meta

Meta requires a payment method on your WhatsApp Business account for template messages. If template sends fail with a billing error, add one in Meta Business Manager.
