What syncs with HubSpot, and how to connect or reconnect.

An admin connects HubSpot under Settings → Integrations → HubSpot.

What syncs

  • Contacts, companies and deals, both ways, including owners.
  • Calls, with the outcome and AI summary, on the contact's HubSpot timeline.
  • WhatsApp, SMS, email and social conversations logged to the contact.
  • Tasks and helpdesk tickets.

Choose what syncs under HubSpot sync settings. Some features (lists as broadcast audiences, ticket sync, calling from HubSpot) need permissions added later: if asked, click Reconnect once.

In HubSpot you'll also find a Skyfalke Connect card on contacts and a Send WhatsApp template workflow action.
