Calling from HubSpot

Place calls through Skyfalke Connect from inside HubSpot.

  1. In HubSpot, click a contact's phone number and choose Skyfalke Connect as the calling provider.
  2. The first time, choose Connect account and approve in the window that opens.
  3. Keep Skyfalke Connect open in another tab (or use a desk phone on your extension). Your softphone rings first, then the customer.

The call is logged on HubSpot's call record, with the outcome and AI summary added after the call. Your own notes in HubSpot are kept.
